Funds being raised to support family of students hurt in traffic accident

All St Stephen's School, Pittsworth families will today receive a letter explaining how they can support the family of the two students hit by a car as they travelled to school yesterday.

Cash donations can be made directly to Ray White Rural, Pittsworth to cover the costs the family will incur as they stay in Brisbane whilst the children are in hospital.

"As a school community we continue to keep the family in our thoughts and have said special prayers for them," said Mrs Janine Butlin, Principal of St Stephen's School. 

"We have sent a bunch of balloons to the hospital for the children and our P&F have sent a care package to the family."

"If any community member wishes to help out, I encourage them to make a donation through Ray White Rural.  Thank you to everyone that has made contact with us, the care and support is really appreciated.  We will be sharing this with the family as we work with them to ensure they too are being supported."
