Supported to Succeed - S2S - graduate teachers

Our belief in providing support to graduate teachers goes beyond letting you know who we are and what is important to us.  You will find a whole team of colleagues who are willing and ready to share, listen and walk alongside you so that you can be the best you can be.

This starts with sharing the big picture of working in a Toowoomba Catholic school – being a part of a network of 32 schools with professional services, support and leadership provided by the Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office.

Your principal will come to know you personally, as you are guided through your school based induction, building connections and growing your capabilities.

You will have an experienced teacher as your mentor – there to listen to your stories of success, change and offer insights, guide you to find solutions and essentially enabling you to hone your teaching and focus on student learning.

With many early career teachers working across the 32 schools in the network you will also be a part of a strong peer hub; enabling you to meet with a group of like peers for professional and personal support.

Alongside all of this is a central resource hub and team, offering access to information, services and support!
